To open an account on 10cric, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access and use online gaming services in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 10cric, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the Platform, either voluntarily through our self-exclusion programme or as a result of a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address and mobile number that you actively control.

10cric reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at its discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the eligibility criteria have not been met or have been misrepresented.

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and the prevention of fraud and financial crime, all players are required to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) before making a withdrawal. The verification process may require you to submit:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of the payment method used to fund the account (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account registered to the same name).

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. 10cric does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits made using credit facilities (credit cards) to fund gambling activity are subject to the terms of your card issuer. 10cric is not responsible for any charges, interest, or penalties your card issuer may apply. Deposits are credited to your account in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All wagering activity takes place in BDT.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with our anti-money-laundering obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted before account verification is complete will be held in a pending state until the KYC process is finalised.

Standard withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. 10cric reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests that are unusually large or that display patterns consistent with fraudulent activity, which may temporarily delay processing.

Any winnings generated from bonus funds remain subject to the applicable wagering requirements. Winnings may not be withdrawn until all wagering obligations have been satisfied in full.

All sports bets placed on the 10cric Platform are subject to the betting rules applicable to the specific sport and market. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. 10cric reserves the right to limit stake sizes, decline bets, or void wagers in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest pricing errors, corrupted data feeds, match abandonment, or confirmed or suspected match irregularities.

In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of the in-play service and the integrity of the live data feed at the time of placement. In the event of a data feed delay or failure, 10cric reserves the right to void in-play bets placed during the affected period.

All casino games and live casino tables on the Platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe, among others. The rules of each individual game are governed by the rules published by the respective game studio and displayed within the game interface.

10cric is not responsible for any malfunction or technical error originating within a third-party game engine. In the event of a confirmed game malfunction, all affected bets for the impacted round will be voided and stakes returned to players' accounts.

10cric provides the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity responsibly:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced immediately; increases require a 48-hour cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Platform without the express prior written consent of 10cric.

The 10cric name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are registered or unregistered trademarks of 10cric. You may not use such marks without the express prior written permission of 10cric.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 10cric, its directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure — arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Platform.

10cric's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall in no circumstances exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 10cric does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

This Agreement shall be interpreted, construed, and governed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any questions regarding its existence, validity, or termination, that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement between you and 10cric within thirty (30) days of the dispute first being raised shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

All formal communications relating to disputes must be submitted in writing to our registered email address: [email protected]. 10cric will acknowledge receipt within five (5) business days and endeavour to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly.
